**Please note that submitting a custom order request does not guarantee your order. All custom orders must be reviewed and confirmed by our Bakery Assistant based on availability.

Most custom orders require a minimum of 2–3 weeks' notice, and we often book out several weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons.

To reserve your order date, a non-refundable deposit of either $25 or $50 will be required, depending on the size and complexity of your order. Your order is not guaranteed and your date is not reserved until your deposit has been received and you have received a confirmation from our Bakery Assistant.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable if the order is canceled by the customer.
